I am trying to use Greenstone to create a collection. However, it can't deal with
the word document.It expresses as follows. Would anybody give me a help? Thanks

The file bill of rights\_05312007.doc was recognised but could not be processed by
any plugin.
The file Digital Divide.doc was recognised but could not be processed by any
plugin.
The file personal statement 1.doc was recognised but could not be processed by any
plugin.

4 documents were considered for processing:
1 document was processed and included in the collection.
3 were rejected.
